The Sales Coordinator will manage sales operations, assist the sales team in achieving sales goals, and provide exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, managing customer inquiries, and supporting the sales team in administrative functions.QualificationsProficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to assist in workflows, order processing, and maintaining sales-related documentation.Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive customer experience and address client needs effectively.Understanding of Sales processes and the ability to support the sales team in achieving targets.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously within deadlines.Proficiency in office software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM systems is preferred.Prior experience in a sales support or coordination role is advantageous.Duties/Tasks (Include but not limited to)Aide in quotes for salesmanReview ContractsMaintain record of all quotes and contractsDirect calls to appropriate individualsRequest and process Credit ApplicationsCall references and obtain information about applying customer’s creditRun various reports as directed by sales staffAid sales department in collections from customersPermit Issuance from the City of ChicagoInsurance CertificatesAssist owner with various miscellaneous projects as needed
