Family Office Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically rigorous Investment Associate to join our single-family office. The role provides broad exposure across private equity, venture capital, public equity and credit, portfolio management, and operations.The Investment Associate will work closely with the principal and senior management in evaluating new investment opportunities, monitoring portfolio companies and fund managers, managing investment data and reporting processes, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the family office.Primary Responsibilities:Investment Management, Portfolio Management & ReportingEvaluate new private investment opportunities across venture capital, growth equity, private equity, real estate, and other alternative asset classes.Conduct market, industry and competitive analysis.Prepare investment memoranda, summaries, and presentation materialsReview financials models, investment materials, and legal documentationTrack and report on investment performance, capital calls and distributions, and portfolio developments.Participate in regular calls and meetings with portfolio companies, sponsors, and external investment managersTrack portfolio exposures, positioning, and conduct performance attributionHelp maintain portfolio reporting and investment dashboardsAssist in monitoring and managing the family offices public equity and liquid investment portfolioFamily Office OperationsMaintain investment databases, reporting systems, operational trackers, and document repositoriesTrack investment schedules, liquidity timelines, capital commitments, and compliance requirementsCoordinate with external service providers including accountants, attorneys, administrators, and consultantsAssist with ad hoc strategic, operational, and analytical projects across the family officeQualifications:25 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, consulting, asset management, family office investing, or related fieldsStrong financial modeling, analytical, and research capabilitiesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environmentHigh degree of professionalism, discretion, and intellectual curiosityAdvanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
