SMT Loader Operator

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Pro-Active Engineering has immediate openings SMTLoaders/Operators. This position loads and/or runs the Surface MountPlacement machine (Pick and Place) to manufacture printed circuit boardassemblies. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Read andfollow production documents to fully understand the project at hand.Prep boards, mask, glue, and program screen-printer. Load feeders andmagazines to ensure machine optimization. Verify component andmanufacturing part number accuracy against B.O.M. Evaluate componentsfor conformance and sufficient quantity. Perform preventative andgeneral maintenance on machines. Keep an accurate count of product atyour workstation while inspecting every piece for defects. PrepThru-Hole components as needed. Coordinate with SMT Lead to meetschedule requirements. Associate degree in ElectricalEngineering Technology or related field preferred. Mydata, Mycronic, andASM Software Experience Preferred. Knowledge Of Electronic Componentsand equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturingenvironment.
