We help our customers run more profitable, organized businesses, and we're growing our team to serve them better.The roleAs an Account Manager, you are the face of 360 Synergy for our contractor customers. You'll run live demos that turn prospects into paying users, then own those relationships post-sale — onboarding new accounts, driving adoption, solving problems, and expanding usage over time. This is a hybrid sales + customer success role: you're equal parts product expert, trusted advisor, and revenue driver.You'll succeed here if you genuinely enjoy talking to contractors, can translate software features into operational wins for a busy field business, and you treat every account like it's your own paycheck on the line — because it kind of is.What you'll doRun product demos for inbound and outbound contractor prospects, customizing the pitch to their trade, size, and pain pointsConvert demos into signed customers and hit a monthly new-account quotaOnboard new accounts: kickoff calls, training sessions, data migration coordination, and adoption check-ins through the first 90 daysOwn a book of business — be the primary point of contact for your accounts on questions, escalations, and renewalsProactively monitor account health (usage, logins, support tickets) and intervene before churn risk becomes churnIdentify expansion opportunities (additional seats, modules, locations) and close themCollect product feedback from the field and feed it back to product/engineering with contextMaintain clean CRM records: pipeline, activity, account notes, renewal datesWhat we're looking for2–5 years in a customer-facing SaaS role — Account Management, Customer Success, SDR/AE, or Sales EngineeringExperience demoing software live, ideally to non-technical buyersStrong written and verbal communication; comfortable on video calls all dayTrack record of hitting quota or measurable retention/expansion goalsSelf-starter who can run a remote desk without daily babysittingTech-savvy: quick to learn new software and explain it simplyNice to have:Background in or selling to the trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, etc.)Experience with field service management, contractor CRMs, or ServiceTitan / Housecall Pro / Jobber-type toolsFamiliarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs SALARY -65K start plus commissions
