The organization's values and mission drive its commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer located in Tupelo, MS. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO. Daily responsibilities include (but not limited to) managing the CEO's diary and appointments, coordinating meetings, preparing and managing expense reports, and handling routine administrative duties. The role also involves acting as a professional liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.QualificationsProficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive SupportExperience in managing Expense Reports and Diary ManagementStrong Administrative Assistance skills with a professional and detail-oriented approachExceptional organizational and time-management skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretionProficient in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)Effective interpersonal and communication skillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferredPrevious experience in supporting executive-level leadership is a plusMethodist Senior Services is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals.
