Registered Nurse (RN)

Refractions is seeking a caring registered nurse who is looking to help individuals with mental health needs. Positive team member who also possesses a strong ability to self-manage and work independently. Task orientated good time management, and able to adapt to changes in scheduled and to-do lists. Must have strong people skills, good organization abilities, and be capable of managing multiple tasks, and working between two locations. Saint Augusta and Little Falls. .The position requires nursing staff to participate in care collaboration with all aspects of the client's care team. Some of the tasks that the registered nurses are required to complete weekly assessments, admissions, discharges, manage medication administration records, administering medications, and clinical charting. To qulaify the candidate must have 2000 hours has a Mental Health Practionar and be able to verified.
