About the Company:At Syncredible Solutions, we believe in the transformative power of technology. we specialize in Digital transformation services, Enterprise solutions, Power BI Analytics solutions and staffing services.Key ResponsibilitiesTableau Dashboard DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards, scorecards, and reports.Build intuitive visualizations that provide actionable business insights.Develop reusable Tableau workbooks, dashboards, parameters, filters, calculated fields, and level-of-detail (LOD) expressions.Create executive, operational, and regulatory dashboards with a focus on usability and performance.Optimize Tableau dashboards for scalability, responsiveness, and user experience.Data Analysis & VisualizationAnalyze business requirements and translate them into effective data visualization solutions.Work with large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Validate data accuracy and ensure consistency across reports and dashboards.Perform data profiling, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis for reporting issues.Recommend improvements to reporting and visualization standards.SQL & Data IntegrationDevelop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.Work with data warehouses, relational databases, and cloud data platforms.Create efficient Tableau data sources, extracts, and live connections.Collaborate with Data Engineers to build scalable reporting solutions.Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are maintained.Stakeholder CollaborationWork closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, business users, and technical teams to gather reporting requirements.Translate business needs into technical dashboard and reporting solutions.Conduct dashboard demonstrations and incorporate stakeholder feedback.Provide technical guidance and mentor junior Tableau developers.Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.Performance Optimization & SupportTroubleshoot dashboard performance issues and optimize workbook efficiency.Monitor Tableau Server performance and recommend improvements.Support production deployments and resolve reporting-related incidents.Maintain documentation for dashboards, data sources, and reporting processes.Ensure adherence to enterprise reporting standards and best practices.Required Skills & Experience8–10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Visualization.Strong hands-on expertise with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Cloud (where applicable).Extensive experience designing complex dashboards and visual analytics solutions.Advanced knowledge of Tableau calculations, LOD expressions, table calculations, parameters, sets, and actions.Strong SQL skills with experience in Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, or similar databases.Experience with data modeling, dimensional modeling, and data warehousing concepts.Strong understanding of dashboard performance tuning and optimization.Experience integrating Tableau with enterprise applications and data platforms.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.Preferred Technical SkillsTableau DesktopTableau Server / Tableau CloudSQLOracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL / SnowflakeData WarehousingETL ConceptsPython or R (for data analysis and automation)REST APIsGitAzure DevOps / JiraAWS or Azure Cloud PlatformsNice to HaveExperience in Capital Markets, Banking, Financial Services, or Regulatory Reporting.Exposure to regulatory reporting, compliance, or risk management initiatives.Knowledge of financial products such as equities, fixed income, derivatives, or securities.Experience with Power BI or other BI platforms.Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.Exposure to Python for analytics automation or data preparation.Tableau Certified Professional or Tableau Certified Data Analyst certification.EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.Tableau certifications and cloud certifications are an added advantage.Equal Opportunity Statement:Syncredible Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
