Recognized as one of the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies for nine years and a top remote work company by FlexJobs, we have helped some of the world's largest brands deliver powerful digital experiences.As an award-winning Atlassian partner with a world-class team, we help organizations innovate and solve complex challenges for Fortune 500 companies and beyond, we want to hear from you.Opportunity!We are looking for a Senior Atlassian Consultant to join our Atlassian Practice and help organizations modernize collaboration, service management, and engineering workflows using the Atlassian ecosystem.Requirements:French and English speaking, 5+ years of consulting or enterprise Atlassian administration experienceExtensive hands-on experience configuring and administering Atlassian products and Atlassian Marketplace applicationsProven success delivering cloud migrations, process transformations, or enterprise tool implementationsStrong experience working with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and related ecosystem toolsExperience participating in discovery workshops to define business outcomes, tool architecture, and process alignmentAbility to configure Atlassian and other SaaS platforms based on evolving client requirementsExperience creating training and enablement materials to support long-term platform adoptionSolid understanding of Agile frameworks, DevOps practices, and project delivery workflowsExceptional written, verbal, and facilitation skills for client workshops and stakeholder engagementAbility to manage multiple parallel engagements and client prioritiesBonus points:Experience with Atlassian Data Center to Cloud migrations including app assessments, data cleanup, and migration planningExperience implementing Enterprise Service Management processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change ManagementExperience working with Atlassian Guard, Atlassian Intelligence, and AI-enabled automation capabilitiesExperience building or integrating Atlassian Rovo agents into automation workflowsFamiliarity with scripting or integrations using Groovy, Python, or REST APIsKnowledge of identity management systems such as Okta, Azure AD, or SAML-based SSO integrationsExperience integrating developer ecosystems such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jenkins, or other CI/CD platformsInterest in leveraging AI tools to enhance delivery practices, documentation, and workflow automationYou'll Love:Helping organizations transform how teams collaborate, build software, and deliver servicesWorking on large-scale Atlassian Cloud transformations and enterprise service management initiativesAdvising clients on modern delivery practices, developer productivity, and AI-enabled workflowsCollaborating with global teams in a remote-first, knowledge-sharing environmentExploring emerging Atlassian ecosystem capabilities and AI-driven platform innovationsBy joining our team, you'll be part of a winning squad that plays to each other's strengths and celebrates every success together.
