Our focus is on collaborating effectively with our sponsor and CRO partners to achieve shared success.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Los Angeles, CA. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and employment laws. Additional responsibilities include designing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee benefits programs, resolving workplace conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to drive organizational goals through effective HR practices.QualificationsProven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planningStrong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and regulatory complianceExperience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and team buildingExcellent communication, organizational, and presentation skillsProficiency in HR software and toolsPrior experience in a clinical research or healthcare setting is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
