Plant Manager – Precision Manufacturing Bridgewater / Brockton, MA AreaA global engineering and manufacturing organization serving the packaging, paper, textile, and plastics industries is seeking a Plant Manager to lead a critical plant transformation at a 50–70 employee machining facility in the Bridgewater/Brockton area. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a hands-on operational leader who thrives on the production floor, builds strong teams, and drives measurable improvement in culture, accountability, and plant performance.This facility operates in a high-mix, low-volume CNC job shop environment, producing custom-engineered products with demanding delivery and quality expectations.
