Position SummaryThe Store Director is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and operation of the store. This role drives sales, profitability, customer service excellence, and team engagement while ensuring compliance with all company policies, labor standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures. The Store Director serves as the primary leader of the location and is accountable for delivering results through people, process, and execution.Key Responsibilities Leadership & People ManagementLead, develop, coach, and engage store leadership and associates to achieve operational and performance goalsFoster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvementEnsure proper staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management across all departmentsPartner with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition on hiring, development, corrective action, and succession planningStore OperationsOversee all day‐to‐day store operations including merchandising, presentation, cleanliness, and safetyEnsure execution of company standards, policies, and operational programsMonitor inventory levels, ordering, shrink controls, and labor utilizationEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including food safety and labor lawsSales, Financial, & Business PerformanceDrive sales growth and profitability through effective planning and executionAnalyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, margin, labor, and shrinkControl expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelinesExecute promotional plans and seasonal initiatives to meet business objectivesCustomer ExperienceChampion exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer concernsEnsure store conditions and service levels align with company expectationsBuild strong relationships within the community to enhance store reputation and engagementSafety & ComplianceMaintain a safe work environment for associates and customersEnsure safety training, incident reporting, and corrective actions are completed timelyUphold company compliance standards and audit readiness
