Age later™.Image Skincare is an evidence-based clinical skin care company, providing professional skincare products and effective skincare solutions in over 60 countries worldwide.The most innovative brand in the industry, Image Skincare consistently produces the latest anti-aging, balancing, hydrating, and illuminating technologies to further our mission of helping the world to Age Later™.**Mandatory Qualification: Licensed Esthetician PreferredOpen territories include: Houston, Texas, Dallas, Texas, Austin, Texas, North Sacramento, California, North Bay, California, Pittsburg/ClevelandIn partnership with the Corporate Sales Office, identify and execute strategies to educate and obtain sales orders from dermatologists, plastic surgeons, spas; medical spas, and licensed Estheticians.Meet with clients and prospects face-to-face at least 4 days per week to grow sales, facilitate training and handle service needsIdentify and recommend new customer accounts and provide exceptional service and support to existing accounts for the purpose of taking sales orders.Provide ongoing product and skincare training for the purpose of soliciting sales orders.Support accounts with brand positioning and merchandising materials provided from Corporate.Be the face of Image, demonstrating professionalism, Image brand expertise, as well as proactive contact and support of the territory.Duties and responsibilitiesMust be enthusiastic and motivated by sales and prospectingEmbraces the notion of being a “road warrior” and travel daily throughout the territory to meet clientsEnjoys the “hunt” of prospecting and able to produce outstanding results to grow the businessPartner with RM & Corporate to strategizeParticipate in monthly, quarterly and annual planning with CorporateMeet and exceed sales order targets in assigned territoryUtilize Salesforce and any other required tools as instructedIdentify potential growth areas, identify and recommend new accounts to CorporateProspect territory and grow existing businessAchieve scorecard goals and targetsProvide outstanding service to all accounts and prospective accountsDemonstrate expert product and ingredient knowledgePrepare and conduct training and educational seminars for the purpose of soliciting sales ordersParticipate in new hire training, corporate and regional sales meetings, new product training seminars and trade showsFrequent travel within assigned Territory – 80%+ of the time; some travel to regional and corporate office eventsOther duties as assignedQualificationsCurrent Esthetic License preferredMedical aesthetic sales experience with pre-existing relationships within assigned territory preferredKnowledge of Image Skincare (experience with brand preferred)Live in major city - or not more than 30 minutes from major city in the territoryDependable transportation and a valid driver's license requiredMinimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in quota driven role with preference given to experience in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.Must have a substantial book of business within the specific territory to leverage for Image.Excellent computer skills and knowledge utilizing CRM systems, such as Salesforce.Strong business acumen and ability to understand market opportunitiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to thrive in a highly driven culture that is performance based, fast paced, and results orientedMust always maintain a high degree of integrity and be highly ethicalBenefits Available:10 Paid HolidaysMedical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance (after 30 days of employment)401 (k) (after one year of service)Employee Corporate Discount ProgramPTO (Paid Time Off)Company Laptop and IPADMileage Reimbursement
