Our mission is to share authentic perspectives and valuable guidance for all parenting experiences. Role Description This part-time, remote role as an Advertising Production Coordinator. The coordinator will manage the production of advertising content, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure ad placements meet deadlines and specifications. Daily tasks will include maintaining schedules, overseeing pre-press requirements, coordinating with clients, and supporting marketing and sales initiatives. This position plays a key role in maintaining the high-quality standards of all advertising materials published across channels. Qualifications Strong Project Management skills to oversee advertising production timelines and ensure deliverables are met.Experience in Marketing and Advertising, with an ability to collaborate with internal teams and clients.Basic knowledge of Sales processes and the ability to effectively liaise with sales representatives.Familiarity with Pre-press workflows and an understanding of ad design specifications for print and digital mediums.Exceptional communication and organizational skills.Proficiency in relevant software, such as Adobe Creative Suite and project management tools, is a plus.Experience in publishing, advertising, or media industries is preferred.PST time zone preferred
