Our aim is for everyone to feel valued, included and empowered to contribute their best.This position is responsible for directing the movement of all merchandise entering and exiting the store and for ensuring that all shipping/receiving policies, procedures, and directives are implemented.Responsibilities & Tasks:Adhere to all company policies and proceduresMaintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized fashionSupport sales staff when merchandise is needed that is in stock but not on the sales floorAnticipate merchandise maintenance needs and providing proactive solutions to space and storage issuesMaintain packaging levels and order replenishments in anticipation of the business needsEnsure that all merchandise is ticketedEffectively participate in the timely preparation and completion of all inventories and cycle countsMaintain an active role in the inventory reconciliation processManage and process all inter-store transfers, stock rotations and incoming/outgoing shipments as per policies and proceduresUnderstand and accurately complete all paperwork and procedures relative to inventory maintenance (i.e., damages, RTVs, etc.)Partner with Management for replenishment on sold out stylesAssist in general housekeeping and the maintenance of the store imageSupport visual, merchandising and operations needs with the moving and storage of fixtures, furniture, merchandise, props, etc.Support the operation and maintenance of the store regarding facility and fixture maintenance, coordinating cleaning and repair when requiredActively participate in visual merchandising including regular maintenance due to sell throughAssist other departments including the selling floor as needed and as requested by Store ManagementExemplify the core values of the brand when assisting customersEnsure the highest standards while packaging client merchandiseLead all aspects of the client delivery process inclusive of troubleshooting missing deliveriesDocument all deliveries to clients, track and locate merchandise when necessaryConsistently follow up with any shipping, alteration, or other issues related to clientsWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
