With a strong focus on multi-family and multi-story apartments and hotels, our projects are custom-built to meet local codes, client specifications, and architectural design requirements.The Project Coordinator serves as a key support partner to the Project Management team, providing administrative, organizational, and operational coordination to help ensure successful project execution. This role is responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking schedules and budgets, coordinating meetings and communications, and supporting the flow of information among project managers, internal departments, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.Responsibilities:Provide administrative and coordination support to the project management team, including the preparation of reports, presentations, manuals, and other project-related documents. Maintain accurate project records, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, action items, RFIs, submittals, change order logs, and other project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Track project progress against established milestones, identify potential schedule impacts or issues, and communicate concerns to appropriate stakeholders. Serve as a key liaison among project team members, internal departments, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment. Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including kickoff meetings, progress reviews, and closeout activities, ensuring timely communication of agendas, decisions, and action items. Support quality assurance processes to help ensure project deliverables meet company standards, contractual requirements, and client expectations. Assist in the development and maintenance of contract exhibits and supporting documentation, including scopes of work, finish matrix, door and window schedules, milestone schedules, and delivery schedules. Promote cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables. Identify opportunities for process improvements and best practices that enhance project execution, efficiency, and overall project outcomes. Foster a collaborative, professional work environment by providing support and assistance to project team members as needed.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential and commercial construction preferred.Experience with prefabricated construction methods preferred.Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
