About Us
eJam is a consumer products brand incubator. We build, launch, and scale brands across direct-to-consumer e-commerce, Amazon, third-party marketplaces, and retail. Our current portfolio includes BugMD (pest control), Shameless Snacks (better-for-you candy), and HydroNova (wellness). We move fast, stay lean, and build products consumers love.
We're a small team where every person has real impact. There are no layers of bureaucracy between you and the work that matters. If you want to see how consumer products actually get built and shipped from concept through retail shelf this is the place to learn it.
The RoleWe're looking for a Product Development Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our product pipeline. You'll be the person who keeps everything moving tracking projects, coordinating across teams, preparing leadership with the information they need, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Let's be upfront: This is a coordination and execution role, not a strategy or product management role. You won't be deciding what products we build. You'll be the reason they actually get built on time. If you're someone who thrives on organization, follow-through, and keeping multiple plates spinning this is your seat.
You'll report directly to the CEO and work across all three brands from day one. That means real visibility into how a multi-brand CPG company operates sourcing, design, packaging, vendor management, compliance, marketplace strategy all of it.

Coordinate with the sourcing team on samples, pricing, and timelines
Maintain vendor communication logs and track progress across SKUs
Support compliance documentation and product testing requirements
Gather Research & Information

Organize market data and findings so leadership can make product decisions faster
Maintain organized files of benchmarks, specs, and reference materials

Work with external partners and vendors to keep deliverables on track
Follow up relentlessly you are the person who makes sure things get done
