Chin Cha is Hiring: Boba Barista Are you a bubble tea fanatic with a flair for customer service? Chin Cha, a new bubble tea shop, is searching for energetic and passionate boba baristasto join our team! We're not just making drinks; we're creating a fun, fast-paced environment and providing a great experience for every customer. We prefer to look for someone who can speak Vietnamese or/and Chinese but is NOT REQUIRED. We need someone who can work FULL DAYS from 10AM-9:00PM from Monday, Tuesday Wednesday most likely. Your Role and Responsibilities As a boba barista, you'll be the heart of our store. Your daily tasks will include: Speedy Drink Making:Crafting our delicious teas quickly and accurately. Top-Notch Service:Greeting every customer with a friendly smile and ensuring they leave happy. Daily Operations:Preparing fresh ingredients, brewing tea, and handling all opening and closing duties. Maintaining Cleanliness:Keeping the store spotless and organized, from the front counter to the back prep area.
