Role Description We are seeking a full-time Sales Service Representative to join our team. This on-site role is based in Danbury, CT, and will involve day-to-day tasks such as building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, conducting site visits, delivering and installing equipment, and presenting solution-based products to meet customer needs. Responsibilities include generating new sales leads, upselling additional services, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our clients through responsiveness and professional support. Qualifications Strong sales and customer relationship skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and client retentionTechnical proficiency for handling, installing, and explaining cleaning equipment and productsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skillsOrganizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesAbility to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to different customer needsA high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is a plusProven sales or customer service experience preferred but not mandatoryA valid driver’s license and clean driving recordWillingness to adhere to safety and company standards in all tasks
