We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Phlebotomist I (Patient Services Representative I) to join our team in Boca Raton, FL.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform venipuncture and capillary blood collection on pediatric, adult, and geriatric patientsPrepare and process specimens for laboratory testingEnsure accurate labeling and documentation of patient informationMaintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and safety standardsDeliver exceptional patient service while creating a comfortable and professional environmentPerform both clinical and forensic specimen collections as requiredMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaComplete all assigned duties accurately and on timeQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)Minimum 1 year of recent phlebotomy experience required2+ years of phlebotomy experience preferredStrong pediatric and geriatric blood draw skillsExcellent customer service and communication skillsKeyboard and data entry proficiencyAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionMedical Assistant or Paramedic training preferredPhlebotomy certification preferred
