Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct ABA therapy to children with ASD. This role involves working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans that promote skill development and positive behavior change. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy using evidence-based interventions Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior Support skill acquisition in communication, social interaction, and daily living Implement behavior reduction strategies as directed Collaborate with supervisors, caregivers, and team members Maintain timely and accurate documentation of all sessions Qualifications Required: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities (required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as needed Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field Prior experience in ABA therapy or early intervention Work Environment Clinic-based services in Silver Spring In-home services in Maryland and Washington, DC School-based placements based on availability Why Join BES BES offers a collaborative and supportive work environment where employees are valued and developed.
