Resort Maintenance
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and repair of our facilities.
Responsibilities:

Records and documents time required to complete all jobs, descriptions of work completed, types of materials and prices of materials used, co-techs, and status of the job.
Repairs and maintains physical structures of establishment.
Repairs, refinishes, strips, and sands furniture and paints a variety of surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
Repairs and rebuilds faucets and unplugs toilets.
Responds to all fire alarm calls; goes to the location, checks for fire, resets false alarms, calls in fire department for actual fires, and notifies all necessary parties of actions being taken.
Creates texture ceilings by applying the mixture to ceilings with spray guns, masks out walls and covers or removes all furniture, cleans equipment, and resets rooms.
Install and lock down TVs and entertainment systems within the resort homes.
Repairs windows, and doors; builds, installs, and repairs screens for windows, doors, etc.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English for effective communication
Experience in electrical repairs and troubleshooting
Knowledge of residential painting techniques
Ability to use tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment
Familiarity with maintaining equipment and machinery
Understanding of logic controllers and schematics
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.86 - $22.00 per hour
