The role requires deep experience in representing employers in labor and employment litigation and advisory matters, and a proven ability to maintain and grow client relationships. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to integrate into a high-performing national platform. Applicants for the Partner position should have an active Bar admission in Pennsylvania or the ability to waive in. The role is suited for an established attorney with a portable book of business and a strong focus on traditional labor and employment law.
