The role requires deep experience in representing employers in labor and employment litigation and advisory matters, and a proven ability to maintain and grow client relationships. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to integrate into a high-performing national platform.Applicants for the Partner position should have an active Bar admission in Pennsylvania or the ability to waive in. The role is suited for an established attorney with a portable book of business and a strong focus on traditional labor and employment law.
