Equally as important, our goal is to elevate the role of the registered dietitian in the healthcare ecosystem while offering flexible hours, remote work options, and competitive pay.Conduct personalized nutrition therapy consultations via telehealthAdminister evidence-based clinical protocols and deliver highly individualized quality nutrition supportMonitor patient progress and make adjustments, when needed, to help patients reach their goals and improve clinical outcomesAchieve high patient retention rates by following evidence-based clinical program guidelinesCollaborate with other key members of the care teamLeverage meal planning tooling that assists with patient compliance and execution of care plansParticipate as needed in clinical rounds with partner practices and their care teamsParticipate in quarterly RD group meetings and monthly 1:1s with CNMSupport patients in making lifestyle changesDevelop a relationship with a patient and/or their caregiver quickly to build and maintain trust Demonstrate empathy to each patient or caregiverDocument clinical information in an Electronic Medical RecordAbility to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with a positive attitudeAbility to transition between patients efficiently and follow operational procedures in line with clinical programmingRequirementsLicensure in TN, IL, PA strongly preferredBachelor's Degree in Nutrition/DieteticsCompletion of Accredited Dietetic InternshipCredentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)Minimum 1-2 years of post-internship nutrition experienceExperience counseling patients virtually or in an outpatient settingExpertise in treating patients with GI conditions like IBD, IBS, fatty liver, celiac, etcComfort in educating patients with complex chronic conditions including diabetes and kidney diseaseBenefits1099 per-unit payment structureOpportunities for career growth, management, and leadership opportunitiesExperience participating in a cross-functional team
