Superintendent - Industrial Construction

Renowned as a leading industrial contractor in the region, we deliver expert solutions for complex industrial and commercial projects. *Job Overview* Storee Construction is seeking an experienced *Superintendent – Industrial Construction* to oversee multiple industrial construction and installation projects within a specific client facility. This role is responsible for managing on-site teams, coordinating daily work activities, monitoring project progress, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project expectations. The ideal candidate has strong experience in industrial or commercial building construction, industrial installation, and field leadership. This position requires close coordination with Storee project management teams, client representatives, subcontractors, vendors, and field employees while maintaining compliance with Storee safety policies and client-specific safety and GMP requirements. *Essential Duties/Responsibilities* * Lead and manage Storee field crews performing industrial installation, millwright, and building construction work within the client facility. * Coordinate and oversee multiple projects and teams working throughout the facility. * Plan daily work activities, assign tasks, and help ensure crews have the tools, materials, equipment, and information needed to perform work safely and efficiently. * Monitor project progress, productivity, quality, and completion of assigned work. * Read and interpret drawings, specifications, project documents, and work instructions. * Identify conflicts, delays, changes in scope, or project concerns and communicate them to Storee project management for resolution. * Coordinate with client representatives, Storee project management, subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members to support timely project completion. * Ensure employees follow Storee safety policies and client-specific safety and GMP policies. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within assigned work areas. * Perform quality control checks and ensure work is completed according to project standards and client expectations. * Assist with ordering and coordinating delivery of materials and equipment needed for assigned projects. * Maintain daily logs, project updates, and documentation related to jobsite activity, safety, progress, and project needs. *Qualifications* * Minimum 5 years of related construction, industrial installation, millwright, or field leadership experience. * Experience supervising field crews or leading construction teams. * Strong knowledge of industrial installation, equipment setting, mechanical systems, rigging, layout, fabrication, or related millwright work preferred. * Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, food production, or GMP-regulated environments preferred. * Ability to interpret and build according to drawings, specifications, and other project documents. * Strong safety mindset and ability to enforce company and client safety requirements. * Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects, crews, priorities, and changing jobsite conditions. * Ability to communicate effectively with clients, project managers, vendors, subcontractors, and field employees. _*\*\*Storee Construction conducts pre-employment drug screens.
