Location: Annapolis Junction, MD.In this role, you will support USCYBERCOM as the EA for the DoW Cyber Training Ranges to develop, coordinate, and integrate plans, synchronizing activities across the designated cyber training ranges and in accordance with DoW training directives/outcomes.Tasks include:Report directly to a 4-star USCYBERCOM-level organization all Cyber Training Ranges for the DoW.Directly interface with the DoW on policies, orders, standards, and actions related to Cyber Training Ranges Perform duties as Congressional liaison, representing DoW and USCYBERCOM interests and objectives.Prepare briefings, information/decision papers, policy documents, staffing packages, Execution Orders (EXORDS), memorandums, SITREPs, and official multimedia correspondence related for the EA of DoW Cyber Training Ranges.Ensures ranges are in alignment with DoW policies, including National Strategy, DODD, DODI, Army Regulations, EXORDS, etc. to deliver intended training outcomes.Collaborate (onsite) with the DoW EA for Cyber Test Ranges, to establish the architectures and interoperability standards for the designated cyber training ranges. Recommend mitigation or countermeasures to resolve integration issues related to the implementation of new systems within the existing designated range infrastructure.Support the EA's Biennial Integrated Plan to meet requirements specified by HQDA, G-3/5/7 DAMO-SO and USCYBERCOM, the training community, and the research, development, testing and evaluation community.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with PhD.
