CNC Programmer

CNC ProgrammerGoldsboro, NC (Fully Onsite)9-12 Month Contract | $34-$39/hrWe are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support productivity improvement and process optimization initiatives in a manufacturing environment. This role will focus on reducing machine setups, migrating production to newer equipment, and improving overall machining efficiency. Responsibilities include developing and troubleshooting CNC programs, creating machine setups, supporting operators, optimizing machining processes, and collaborating with engineering and operations teams to ensure quality, safety, and production goals are met.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of hands-on CNC programming experienceProficiency with Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and SolidCAMExperience with FANUC, HAAS, and MAZATROL controlsStrong background with CNC mills and lathes, machine setup, operations, and maintenanceAbility to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and modelsKnowledge of machining processes and materialsMust meet U.S. Person requirements due to ITAR regulations (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident)This is a fully onsite opportunity offering competitive pay and the chance to work on impactful manufacturing improvement projects.
