You'll research prospects, build targeted outreach, and set qualified appointments that move new business forward. Your pipeline work is what keeps our sales team focused on closing.ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify prospective clients using CRM, prospecting, and outreach toolsGenerate new sales opportunities through cold calls, email, and social outreachQualify leads and identify the right fit for Blayzer's servicesBuild and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects in our CRMSet meetings and calls between prospective clients and our sales teamDevelop long-term relationships with prospects through consistent, thoughtful follow-upProactively seek new business opportunities in the marketReport on weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline activityCollaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and lead generation approachesAs product knowledge grows, support discovery calls, needs analysis, and proposal development alongside our sales and web leadsQualifications2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related roleBackground in digital agency, ecommerce, or related tech/platform sales is a strong plusFamiliarity with digital marketing, web design, or agency services. Enough to have a credible conversation with an SMB ownerExperience with CRM platforms; Zoho CRM experience is a plusComfortable with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales NavigatorStrong communication skills by phone and emailSelf-starter who can manage a pipeline and prioritize outreach without heavy oversightOrganized with consistent follow-through.
