We are looking for a Construction Project Manager with experience in outdoor design/landscape/ or Pools. The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients.*Early morning starts - approx 5:30AM-6AMResponsibilitiesOversee all stages of project life cycleManage project budgetProvide timely status reports to stakeholdersGo onsite to ensure projects are being completed accurately and in timeComplete RFIs, Change Orders, Submittals, Permits, and other construction documentationQualifications5+ years of experience - construction project management (commercial & residential)Pool Installation / Backyard design project experience highly preferredStrong organizational and project management skillsIndustry knowledge and ability to read blueprintsDetail-oriented and strong communication skills
