This floating role is responsible for driving occupancy, maximizing NOI, managing expenses, assisting the onsite team, and delivering an exceptional resident experience.The Floating Community Manager serves as the operational and financial leader of the asset, ensuring leasing goals are met, delinquency is controlled, budgets are adhered to, and company standards are consistently upheld. This individual must be both strategic and hands-on, capable of analyzing financial performance while also motivating a team and engaging with residents.Key Responsibilities Include:Extensive travelDriving occupancy, rental growth, and revenue performanceManaging property budgets, reviewing financials, and preparing variance explanationsOverseeing rent collections and delinquency controlLeading, coaching, and developing onsite team membersEnsuring compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulationsMaintaining curb appeal, operational standards, and vendor oversightProviding clear communication and reporting to the leadership teamThe ideal candidate is a strong leader with financial acumen, operational discipline, and a passion for delivering both asset performance and resident satisfaction.
