Scientific Network Coordination Assistant
A company is looking for a Scientific Network Coordination Assistant to support the Network Coordinating Center of a clinical trials program focused on HIV and other infectious diseases.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and facilitate project business, including communication with committee/project leadership and maintaining tracking systems
Prepare and distribute necessary documents and reports, ensuring timely and accurate information flow
Manage the organization of files, schedules, and meetings for the Behavioral Science Subcommittee and other committees as neededRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree
2 years of professional experience in a scientific or public health-related position
Project management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with preference for experience in Microsoft Project and/or Smartsheet
Previous understanding of pharmaceutical clinical trials and conflict of interest declarations is desirable
