Grounds Keeping-Maintenance Allegiance Staffing is currently seeking: Position: Grounds Keeping-Maintenance Shift: M-F 7am-3/4pm Pay: $15 Location: Goldsboro, NC Job Description Maintain the grounds- including lawns, trees, shrubs, parking areas, roads, and athletic facilities. Position Duties Responsible for overall campus grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, pruning, raking, litter removal, and trash disposal. Applies fertilizers and pesticides and operates landscaping equipment. Requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, walking long distances, and lifting up to 100 lbs. Position Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; Must be able to operate landscaping tools and light equipment, follow instructions, and work independently or on a team. Valid NC driver's license required. Basic computer skills needed. Bilingual (English/Spanish), irrigation, or small engine repair experience preferred.
