With their industry expertise, Glow Networks aims to deliver efficient, high-quality solutions to meet modern communication infrastructure needs.Job Description:We are hiring an experienced Drive/Walk Test Engineer for a wireless network testing project with Amdocs in the BAWA market (Baltimore, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia area).The role will primarily focus on walk testing (approximately 80%) with some drive testing responsibilities (approximately 20%). The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in wireless RF testing, troubleshooting, and network performance analysis within enterprise and government environments. Due to the nature of the work and testing locations, the candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. Key Responsibilities:Perform walk testing and drive testing for wireless network validation and optimization. Execute testing within government buildings and enterprise locations. Analyze network performance metrics including coverage, throughput, handovers, and call/data performance. Prepare testing reports and provide recommendations based on findings. Work closely with engineering and deployment teams to resolve network issues.  Required Skills & Experience:Strong experience in wireless drive/walk testing. Hands-on experience with RF testing and optimization tools. Experience using: NEMO XCAL Rohde & Schwarz (R&S) tools preferred Good understanding of LTE/5G wireless technologies and network performance KPIs. Ability to troubleshoot RF and connectivity issues independently. Strong technical and analytical skills.
