Remote in Tennessee and Florida statesThe system will be provided.Possibility to get Full time.Required Qualifications1 year experience interacting with customers (i.e. call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience)Responsibilities- Handle inbound calls related to pharmacy benefits.- Assist with coverage determination, prescription orders, and network pharmacy info.- Occasional outbound calls.- Use dual monitors and multiple systems simultaneously.Must Haves- Availability for full 6-week training.- Meet work-from-home tech and environment standards.- High school diploma preferred; equivalent experience accepted.- Willingness to be on camera during training and meetings.
