Overview Join TI's Career Accelerator Program and accelerate your growth as a Product, Test or Validation Engineer. You’ll work with global teams and external partners to design, build, qualify, and support TI’s leading IC products, while gaining hands-on learning across manufacturing, quality, design verification, and validation. You’ll drive profitability for product lines through development, cost reduction, and yield improvements, acting as the main operational contact and collaborating across TI wafer fabrication and assembly sites.
