You will play a critical role in enabling leadership effectiveness, enhancing team productivity, and contributing to a positive, well-functioning work environment. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in startup settings, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and takes pride in being both proactive and highly reliable.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a dynamic calendar and coordinate meetings across time zonesPrepare materials, track action items, and drive follow-through on key prioritiesSupport internal coordination across the team and act as a connective hub within the organizationAssist with office operations, including vendor coordination and day-to-day logisticsHandle expenses, invoices, and basic operational processesProvide occasional personal support to ensure the CEO's schedule runs seamlesslyContribute to ad hoc projects across operations, recruiting coordination, IT support, and procurementHelp maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming office environmentIdeal Background3–7 years of experience supporting executives in fast-paced or startup environmentsHighly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating with autonomyStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesTech-savvy and quick to pick up new tools and systemsPositive, adaptable, and team-oriented with a low-ego approachExcited by early-stage environments and motivated to engage with the company's product and missionComfortable taking on a mix of responsibilities, including operational supportCulture & EnvironmentTight-knit, collaborative team of approximately 10 employees in-officeFast-paced, high-growth startup environment with strong ownership and visibilityTeam members who are curious, engaged, and passionate about the productIn-person, highly interactive culture that values communication and initiativeOpportunity to make a meaningful impact and grow alongside the company
