Field SupervisorThe Field Supervisor is responsible for conducting on-site client evaluations and developing service plans in conjunction with the authorization and performs other field visits as assigned.Completes visits as scheduled and reports daily to schedulerRecruits, hires, trains, and supervises attendantsCompletes appropriate forms attaches to the daily visit report and turns into the office within 48 hours of visitCommunicates regularly with supervisor about department issues and keeps management advised of potential problems in all areasAdheres to organizations policy and proceduresActs as a role model within and outside the agencyPerforms duties as workload necessitatesMaintains a positive and respectful attitudeDemonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workloadConsistently reports to work on time prepared to perform duties of positionMeets department productivity standardsParticipates in working groups, councils, and committeesInsurance compliance with rules and regulationsParticipates on committees, and special projects, and seeks additional responsibilitiesAccomplishes all tasks as appropriateRecommends new approaches to affect ongoing continual improvements to policies, procedures, and documentationMaintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employmentParticipates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminarsCreate and conduct presentations using audio visual tools including PowerPointPerforms other related duties as required and assignedConsistently promotes the company's core valuesCompletes required compliance annual trainingTwo years full time study at an accredited college or university or individuals hired with a high school diploma or equivalent may substitute one year of full-time employment in a supervisory capacity in a healthcare facility agency or community based agency for each required year of collegePHC, MC experience preferred
