Machine Operator

*WE ARE HIRING Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Northern, KY!!* -Weekly Pay -$17-$20 an hour depending on shift -Multiple shifts available -Start immediately (just in time for the holidays!) *Job Responsibilities:*

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines.
• Inspect products for quality, defects, and accuracy.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment as needed.
• Complete basic production paperwork and maintain accurate records.

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred, but not always required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds, depending on the position.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow workplace safety procedures.
