Production Supervisor

OverviewThe Production Supervisor leads daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, and production targets are met. This role requires a hands-on leader who can develop a team and drive operational improvements in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily production to meet schedule, quality, and efficiency goalsManage staffing, workflow, and resources in a high-volume settingTrack performance metrics and implement improvementsLead, coach, and develop production employeesPromote a strong safety culture and ensure complianceSupport continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)Partner with engineering, maintenance, and quality teamsEnsure product quality and resolve production issuesQualificationsHigh school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturingStrong leadership and team management skillsExperience working with ERP systems Knowledge of production operations, safety, and metricsExperience with Lean/continuous improvement tools preferredKey CompetenciesLeadership and accountabilityProblem-solving and decision-makingCommunication and teamworkResults-driven mindsetPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs in an industrial environmentComfortable working around machinery, noise, and varying conditionsAbility to wear required PPE
