If you're passionate about the powersports industry and ready to help our customers navigate their purchasing decisions, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:* Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner while providing expert knowledge on products.* Guide customers through the entire sales process — from product selection and test rides to financing and delivery.* Stay up to date on product features, specifications, promotions, and brand updates from KTM, Yamaha, Kawasaki, and Slingshot.* Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.* Maintain a clean and organized showroom that reflects the quality of our brands and dealership.* Work closely with the finance, service, and parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.* Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.* Participate in dealership events, demos, and community activities to promote our brands and grow customer engagement.* Accurately complete sales documentation and ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies.* Maintain a professional appearance and represent Cycle Sports Center with integrity and enthusiasm.Requirements:* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales in the powersports, automotive, or similar industry.* Skills:* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.* Ability to analyze deals, structure for profitability, and ensure compliance with all legal and financial standards.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with customers, sales teams, and other departments.* Education: High school diploma required* Bilingual Fluent in Spanish and English a plus.
