Scheduling Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated Scheduling Coordinator to learn and grow within our Landscape Construction Division. This position will work on a team that is responsible for the daily scheduling of our install and warranty crews. Other responsibilities include: daily communication with field managers, answering calls/emails and responding to customer needs accordingly, creating work orders for weekly work, submitting dig locate tickets for new construction, data entry for job documentation, and invoicing, as well as any additional duties required by the division manager. This position plays a key part in the effective operation of our business. A successful candidate for this role will have excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
