The major areas of responsibility are: Maintaining production and quality demands.Operate 14-15 injection molding machines for production cell on 12-hour shift walking/standing/squattingOperate auxiliary equipmentInspect product as per work instructionsLabel and package product in compliance with work instructions and customer requirementsOther tasks and duties as assigned, may include ladder climbingQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.Ability to read and understand written procedures and instructionsSolid work recordAttention to detail, along with good visual skillsAbility to work independentlyStrong communications skills both verbal and writtenBasic computer skillsITW is an equal opportunity employer.
