Pension401kHoliday payVacation paySign on bonus of $2,500 after the first 30 days, additional $2,500 after 1040 hoursSafety bonus up to $4,000Performance bonus up to $7,500Key AccountabilitiesResponsible for the implementation of business unit safety activities to meet or exceed organizational goalsMaintains interpersonal relationships with individuals both external and internal to the organizationBe an active participant of developing and maintaining a culture of professionalismDevelops employees to maximize performance potentialResponsible for supervising others in a union environmentResponsible for enforcement of rules, policies, or expectations, etc. Responsible for the implementation of crew/turn safety activities to meet or exceed organizational goalsMinimum Education & Experience RequirementsA Bachelor’s or Technical Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Field and at least 5 years of experience orIn the absence of a formal degree, a high school diploma or GED and 5 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing and maintenance orSupervisory experience in heavy industrial operationsProficient in PLC knowledge to use in troubleshooting controlsUnderstanding of power distribution systemsSome understanding of instrumentation and calibration of electronicsAdditional Requirements: Proficient in troubleshootingStrong safety experienceFamiliar with maintaining computerized maintenance management systemsTeam Leading experience that demonstrates effective planning skills and an ability to manage and develop peopleDemonstrated organizational skills and presence through a track record of accomplishmentsDemonstrated capability to achieve results through people, technology and processing equipmentGood knowledge of the assigned area of responsibilityAbility to function within a matrix organization in which functional and business leaders have equal authority within the organization and employees report to both a functional leader and a business leaderAbility to develop and maintain productive relationships with both a functional and business leader, who collaborate on employee issues and decisions (including performance management, compensation and development)Company DescriptionLinked, LLC is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
