Administrative Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations and ensure processes run smoothly across multiple functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and assist with proposals, including formatting, assembling documentation, and ensuring deadlines are met
Generate, review, and process invoices with accuracy and timeliness
Maintain and update internal systems and databases, ensuring data integrity
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and calendars as needed
Track project-related activities, timelines, and documentation
Communicate with internal teams and external partners to gather information and follow up on outstanding items
Support general administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and correspondence
Assist with reporting, data entry, and basic analysis as required
Qualifications
2+ years of administrative or office support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience working with internal systems or CRM platforms is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

9:00am-5:00pm
Monday through Friday

Pay Details: $28.00 to $33.00 per hour
