Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Bowling Green, KY, with some work from home acceptable. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting and selling pergola products, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks will include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Sales skills, including lead generation, sales presentations, and contract negotiationCustomer relationship management and customer service skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyProficiency with CRM software and basic computer skillsFlexibility to work in a hybrid role with some tasks performed remotelyPrevious experience in sales or a related field is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
