The company is committed to excellence and strives to create a positive impact in the region. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mechanic role based in Baton Rouge, LA. The Mechanic will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, conducting preventive maintenance checks, diagnosing mechanical issues, and completing repairs on heavy equipment and company vehicles. The individual will troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and ensure all machinery and tools are in optimal working condition, contributing to the company's operational efficiency. Qualifications Proficiency in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair practicesExperience working with Heavy Equipment, including handling and operationsStrong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve mechanical issues effectivelyAbility to work hands-on in an industrial or mechanical environmentExcellent organizational and time management skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in mechanics is a plusValid driver’s license and ability to adhere to safety standardsPrevious experience in a similar industrial or logistics role is preferred
