Sage 100 Accounting Associate

Our mission is to establish lasting relationships with our customers by exceeding expectations and gaining their trust through exceptional performance by every member of our team.As a growing company, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proficient Sage 100, Accounting Associate. This temporary role is ideal for someone who is available for immediate work and familiar with Sage 100 software. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. Key Responsibilities:Manage and process accounts payable and receivable transactions in Sage 100.Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.Support payroll processing and ensure timely submissions.Maintain accurate and organized financial records.Perform data entry for invoices, expenses, and purchase orders.Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.Provide support for audits and other accounting projects as needed.Qualifications:Proficiency in Sage 100 as an Accounting Associate or similar role.Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred but not required.Desired Skills:Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
