Our employees enjoy strong benefits, advancement opportunities, and a supportive environment that rewards achievement.What This Role EntailsAs an Inside Sales Representative, you will:Engage with new and existing customers to understand their needsEducate customers on our full product and service offeringProactively reach out to prospects and follow up on leadsCollaborate closely with outside sales, parts, service, and support teamsRecommend solutions using knowledge of John Deere and competitive equipmentStay informed on incentive programs and financing optionsProvide value-driven guidance to help improve customer operationsEach day brings new opportunities to build relationships, grow sales, and support the farming community.What We Need From YouKnowledge of current agricultural issuesAbility to work flexible hours and weekends as neededAbility to safely operate, mount/dismount, hook up, secure, and transport equipmentAbility to sit, stand, squat, and lift up to 40 lbsExcellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skillsStrong math and computer skillsPreferred (Not Required):A few years of account management or direct sales experience (ag equipment preferred)Bachelor's degree in business or agricultureWe will mentor motivated candidates with the right mindsetIf you're ready to elevate your sales career and join a company shaping the future of agriculture, we want to hear from you.
