Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Broker based in Indianapolis, IN, with partial remote work flexibility. The Broker will be responsible for managing real estate transactions, networking with clients, researching property listings, advising clients on market conditions, and ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements. Additional responsibilities include negotiating contracts, marketing properties, and facilitating smooth closings while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service. Qualifications Proven expertise in Real Estate Sales, Transaction Management, and Market AnalysisStrong Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management skillsProficiency in Real Estate Marketing strategies, including listing management and promotionsAbility to conduct thorough Property Evaluations and provide accurate market insightsOrganized and self-motivated with an aptitude for multitasking and prioritizationFamiliarity with industry-specific tools and softwareActive real estate license in the state of IndianaPrevious experience in residential or commercial real estate is highly desirable
