Job title: Influencer Marketing Earned CoordinatorLocation: El Segundo CADuration: 7+  monthsLevel 1 : 0 -2 yearsClient's Influencer team is looking for an Influencer Earned Coordinator to join the team as a contract position starting as soon as possible.The Earned Coordinator owns the end-to-end execution of creator gifting and seeding programs across Client's brand portfolio. This is a hands-on, executional role responsible for the full kit lifecycle — from creator research and ideation through fulfillment, content tracking, and campaign reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, deeply plugged into the creator landscape, and able to move quickly across multiple campaigns without sacrificing attention to detail.Qualifications1-3 years of experience in earned gifting or influencer seeding at a PR, talent, or influencer agency — or in-house at a brandExceptionally organized; able to manage multiple active campaigns simultaneously without losing detailDeeply knowledgeable about the creator landscape and what's trending across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTubeStrong written and verbal communication skills; professional and clear with internal and external partnersSelf-motivated, works independently, and brings a proactive problem-solving approachProficient in Excel and Captiv8 (or equivalent); Canva or similar a plusExperience with parent and family creator communities preferred; broader influencer marketing experience requiredPrimary ResponsibilitiesCreator Research & VettingBuild and maintain influencer lists for earned seeding programs across Client's brand portfolioVet creators against brand safety parameters, brand guidelines, and campaign objectivesMaintain creator databases with performance history and campaign notesKit Ideation & Creative DevelopmentLead creative ideation for gifting kit concepts, packaging, and unboxing experienceIdentify and source brand products for each send; manage product specs and inventoryBuild campaign approval decks and manage consolidation of cross-functional feedbackKit Execution & FulfillmentOwn end-to-end execution of all creator mailer and seeding programsBuild and manage workback schedules for every send-out, keeping campaigns on brief, on time, and on brandProvide packaging specs and delivery timelines to fulfillment vendors; track and audit all outbound shipmentsEscalate fulfillment issues proactively and maintain accountability to deadlinesManage gifting logistics communications — including address confirmation, shipping follow-up, and content deadline reminders — across active seeding programInternal CoordinationCoordinate with internal brand, legal, and PR teams on approvals and complianceMaintain clear communication with cross-functional partners and senior team leads throughout each campaignContent Tracking & ReportingTrack earned content across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube via Captiv8 and manual methodsCompile campaign recaps covering content volume, reach, and performance metrics for all seeding programsMaintain organized records of all earned activity for brand leads and stakeholdersWhy TalentBurst?At TalentBurst, we deliver more than talent, we deliver outcomes.
